Founder & on Board of Directors of northern California Chapter of MANA. Member of MANA since 1974. Past director IMPO (Independent Marketing Professionals Organization). Past director and Finance Committee Chairman of Manufacturer's Agents National Association (MANA) for district 9 (Ca., Nv., Ak., Hi.)

Previous employment includes Outside Technical & Sales Engineer for Santiago Air Conditioning for 10 years. Taught for several years in both Glendale Unified & Nevada City Unified School Districts. Graduate of CSU Los Angeles with a B.A. in Geography. Holds a Teaching Credential from the State of California. Member of MANA, as well as local Los Angeles chapter of MANA.
